Just returned from a weeks stay at a gem of a hotel in Puerto Del Carmen. The complex exceeded all expectations! Had an issue with our original room but it was quickly sorted by one of the nicest receptionists I have ever met. The new room was spotless. The bungalow had everything we needed for our family of 3. The pool was a breath of fresh air, no sun bed battles and a good temperature. The staff were friendly and hardworking, especially the bar and entertainment staff. The location was lovely and quiet, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait to return! I highly recommend this hotel.

The pool area was lovely, with plenty of loungers and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at the poolside bar were friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to choose from.

The room we were given was not what we expected based on the pictures. It was missing some amenities and the sofa bed was small and uncomfortable.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The pillows provided were oddly narrow and uncomfortable, resulting in a less than restful night's sleep.

The hotel was located in a lovely quiet area close to the sea front and the marina at the far end of Playa Del Carmen. The villa we stayed in at Hyde Park Lane was perfect for our vegetarian and vegan needs. the kitchen had all the necessary amenities to prepare our own meals, and the BBQ was a great addition. the villa was also extremely private, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely place to stay on Lanzarote. We stayed in one of the private 2 bedroom Villas about 5 minutes walk from the main resort. Our own private pool was so secure with a locked gate, ensuring safety for our little ones. The villa was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we could think of. The apartment itself was bright, modern, and cleaned daily. The breakfast in the complex was lovely, with a big pool and kids pool available. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was just a 10-minute walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops within a 20-minute walk. Perfect and peaceful for families with young children. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the villas was perfect, just a short walk from the stunning sandy beaches and the vibrant restaurant scene. We also appreciated the convenience of having taxis readily available, as the villas are slightly further from Puerto del Carmen. The minor issues we encountered during our stay, such as a locked external gate and air conditioning trouble, were addressed quickly and efficiently by the helpful staff. we had a wonderful experience at Hyde Park Lane Villas and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a perfect holiday stay.

Our recent stay at the Hyde Park Lane Villas was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The highlight for us was the heated pool, which allowed us to swim even when the weather wasn't favorable. Our 7-year-old son couldn't get enough of it, and even the mature couple with us had a great time. The location was also perfect, with a short walk to the beach and various restaurants and bars. The heated pool was absolutely amazing - being able to jump into a warm pool regardless of the weather was fantastic. the private pool and the jacuzzi bath were also great. the villa was extremely private and felt luxurious. the staff were amazing and very accommodating. There was excellent security around the villa.
